AxSer Klout S.L. (hereinafter, Klout Food ), is the owner and manager of the dropshipping platform Klout Food.
Professionals, sellers, merchants and influencers (hereinafter, klouters) are those who request the services and sale of Klout Food products, they are responsible for the websites where users (end customers or individuals) purchase the products and services of Klout Food.
Klout Food offers through kloutfood.com technology software with website functions to third parties, so that companies and klouters can purchase products for their businesses or have their own e-commerce (website) and sell products through it.
Users of web pages created under the umbrella of Klout Food are visiting web pages for which their owners are responsible (the klouters who offer their services, recipes, diets, etc, through our web support and platform).
Klouters use our services to be able to send their proposals to their audience and they can acquire or hire them.
Users or Final consumers acquire the services and products of Klout Food through the websites (e-commerce) of the klouters who have requested the services of Klout Food. Consumers and users can consult the specific conditions of purchase in the section PURCHASE CONDITIONS of each page enabled by our klouters.

Klout Food is in charge of the acquisition and logistics of those products that are necessary to be able to reproduce the recipes or plans that are published on the website of each client (klouter), so that it is the klouter who presents attractive proposals to its own users.
That is to say: The consumer and user enters the klouter website, which integrates its contents, products, recipes to purchase. As a consumer, you choose what you want to buy and at klout food we take care of managing the entire purchase process, from product selection, billing, web structure, the online shop, the necessary raw materials, logistics and transportation of what you you decide to acquire.
For this reason, you will see that the final invoice is issued by Klout Food (AxSer Klout), instead of by the klouter. However, we are not responsible for the content that the klouter itself may have integrated into the site. Klout Food is only in charge of the structure, logistics, billing and delivery of what is purchased through the POS within the same website.
1.HOW MUCH IT COSTS
Each site and Klouter organizes its content and services in the most appropriate manner: For example, in the event that you want to purchase the products necessary to reproduce a recipe that you have seen on the site, all you have to do is enter the online shop and you will see the price, cost and shipping costs of each product and the order in total.
That is, Klout Food does not establish quotas or memberships for users and consumers. 2.ORDERS - DEADLINES - SHIPPING COSTS - RETURNS
PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES

How much time does it take Klout Food to prepare and ship an order containing food?
At Klout Food We have a food preparation time of 24/48 hours on weekdays (Monday to Thursday), from the moment we receive the order from the Klouter site. It is even possible that your order goes out the same day.
The delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours after the order is prepared. Keep in mind that the indicated times are indicative and correspond to working days, excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays, also depending on whether there were problems due to factors external to Klout Food . You will always be informed at all times of the status of your order.
On Fridays Klout Food does not prepare food orders, due to the fact that transport agencies that guarantee us an optimal temperature for the conservation of fresh products, they do not make deliveries on weekends. At Klout Food it is essential to guarantee the quality and freshness of our products.
How old is Klout Food to prepare and ship an order that does not contain food?
Most items have a preparation time of 24/48 hours, it is even possible that your order goes out the same day if you just includes products with immediate shipping and has been paid before noon.
The delivery time will depend on the transport company and the country of destination. Keep in mind that the indicated times are indicative and correspond to working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
2.2 GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

Currently in terms of food we ship to 3 countries of the European Union, Spain, France and Portugal.

2.3 SHIPPING COSTS:
In the preparation of orders there are several expenses until the order is completed and ready for shipment, such as:

- Transport to destination.
- Insurance.

How does the food arrive without suffering any deterioration/damage?
All foods are shipped protected against impacts and with a transport agency with refrigerated vehicles for exhaustive temperature control, thus guaranteeing that they arrive with the highest quality and freshness to their customers.
In orders for products that do not require refrigerated conservation, it is possible that they are sent with a transport agency without refrigeration, this type of shipment will only be carried out as long as it does not affect its correct conservation and its quality.
2.4 RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWAL
How to cancel an order?
We are dealing with a purchase and shipping service for perishable products. The regulations that protect and guarantee the rights of consumers and users do not contemplate the right to withdraw in cases of perishable products or that may expire quickly (art 103 LDCU).
Now, as long as the order has not started the preparation process, an order may be cancelled. An email will be sent to the client indicating that their order has been accepted and is in the preparation phase. This is so because certain products, once handled for subsequent shipment, can no longer be returned to the supplier (imagine the cases of perishable products, fish, meat, etc.). While the products are in our facilities and the preparation process has not begun, the customer can request the withdrawal of their purchase, in Order history from the return center that is found in the menu of the e-commerce where they have made the purchase.
Once we have informed the client that their order is in the preparation phase, there will be no withdrawal, unless ALL THE PRODUCTS they have purchased are NON-perishable products. In these cases, the withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product is possible. To do this, you will have to go to the Order history and enter the return center in the menu of your e-commerce. In cases of withdrawal, the customer pays the return costs.
Return Policy:
In non-perishable products, a 14-day return guarantee is offered in those cases in which the product has arrived damaged, with defects or does not correspond to the order placed. In these cases, you will have to go to the Order History and enter the return center in the menu of your e-commerce to record it. In these cases, Klout Food assumes the shipping costs involved in the delivery of the product by the customer, who must follow the steps indicated in the returns center to accredit the defect that the product suffers and send it to our logistics center.
What is the protocol to be followed by the transport agency to minimize delivery failures?
In refrigerated products, the transport agency will send an SMS and an e- email to your client indicating the day and time range of delivery, when the day arrives, the carrier may call your client by phone to inform them of the approximate delivery time (this call is not mandatory, but it is usually the procedure), If the client does not respond or is not at the indicated delivery address, the carrier will attempt a second delivery the same day or the next day, if it has still been impossible to make the delivery, the merchandise will return back to our warehouses. p>
What happens if you do not receive the merchandise at the indicated delivery address?
If you have not been able to answer the messages sent (e-mail and SMS), you have not been able to answer the calls ( these are not mandatory) and there is no person responsible for receiving the merchandise in the d indicated address, the delivery person will try a second delivery the same day or the next day, if even so it has been impossible to make the delivery, the merchandise is returned to our warehouses. The shipment of the order, as well as the return to the warehouse, cause transportation and processing costs that will have to be covered by the person who placed the order. Therefore, you will receive a credit corresponding to the return of the order, discounting the round-trip postage.
Keep in mind that the process of this management can last several weeks and that in food products that are fresh or may affect their expiration date, upon receipt in our warehouses they will be destroyed and the amount thereof will not be refunded in any case.
Where and when do I receive the refund?
Refunds are made at the time the administration department has the payment order issued by the SAT department.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
What happens if after placing an order I detect that something needs to be changed?
Due to the high automation of orders, the solution will be that you will have to cancel the order from the menu in the "Returns Center" section and make a new one. Keep in mind that you will not be able to cancel your order if it has entered the preparation process (in the case of perishable products) and in the case of non-perishable products if it has already been prepared or shipped.

How to proceed when receiving the order?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

3. COPYRIGHT, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DATABASES
Klout Food provides the Klouters with the main structure of the site, but it is the latter who generate the contents that are stored in it. Therefore, they will be responsible for the content displayed on their website (e-commerce) Example: images, videos, texts, voice notes, audio clips, graphics, logos, button names, digital downloads, content, tips and advice, links (including to other websites), they will also be responsible for the communications they establish with users and clients in the different forms of communication, Example: email, SMS, instant messaging, chat, call, or any other form of communication or disclosure.
